Who are you?

You are a Product Owner who has an analytical approach and likes to make decisions based on data. You have a positive mindset, are able to motivate others and you are not afraid to speak your mind and convince others of your opinion. With your stress resistant and persistent personality, you are realistic yet ambitious in the goal setting for yourself and for the team 

Next to that, you:

  • Have completed a Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience as a Product Owner in an online/digital focused product environment
  • Have a proven track record in working in an agile environment with the focus on delivering value for the customer
  • Have a strong affinity of and experience with data driven decision making
  • Have strong analytical, communicative and planning skills
  • Are fun to be around J

What will be your challenge?

You will be a part of the team that we named the ‘Traffic Super Team’: a multi-disciplinary team that includes not only a Development scrum team, but also the other (commercial) stakeholders that are involved in organic traffic projects within the organization. The overall goal of this team is to get the most out of our organic traffic by continuous improvement and optimization.

Next to this, together with the Development scrum team you will work on other topics such as optimizations, iterations, bugs and general projects.

Looking at your concrete tasks and responsibilities, you (amongst others):

  • Envision new product innovations based on product strategy in close cooperation with key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Work with the scrum team on execution of iterations to deliver value for the customer as fast as possible
  • Write stories, define priorities and guide the scrum team to remain focused on these, based on user value
  • Report regularly on the key metric of your team and share the results and learnings throughout the organization (through for example bi-weekly sprint reviews that are open to the whole organization)
  • Make a large contribution to the overall product strategy and ways to optimize the product related processes and communications.
