Who are you?
You are an experienced Product Owner who has an analytical approach and likes to make decisions based on data. You have a positive mindset, are able to motivate others and you are not afraid to speak your mind and convince others of your opinion. With your stress resistant and persistent personality, you are realistic yet ambitious in the goal setting for yourself and for the team.

What will be your challenge?
You will work closely together with several (commercial) stakeholders within the organization to identify what iterations are needed for the Zoover website, and what strategic changes or optimisations are needed for the Weeronline web environment. Your role will for example focus on identifying and implementing projects broken down to small iterations related to improving the value/session. This concerns as well the Zoover Adlink model (referrals to partners) as the display advertising functionalities for both platforms. The goal is to create sustainable value for all our products, therefore the focus is on improving the user experience and CLV. As a company we believe in working test driven and you will play an important role in this as facilitator and educator over several product teams.
Next to that, the Product & UX department is in the process of defining and sharpening the product strategy and the maturity of the team. This professionalization is being driven by all team members, and you can make a large contribution to this process.
