Who are you?

You are an experienced Product Owner who has an analytical approach and likes to make decisions based on data. You have a positive mindset, are able to motivate others and you are not afraid to speak your mind and convince others of your opinion. With your stress resistant and persistent personality, you are realistic yet ambitious in the goal setting for yourself and for the team.

Next to that, you:

  • Have completed a Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience as a Product Owner
  • Have 5-8 years working experience - preferably in an online environment
  • Have a proven track record in working in an agile environment with the focus on delivering value for the customer
  • Are experienced in working in an online/digital focused work environment and a (complex) stakeholder landscape
  • Have gained plenty experience with A/B testing and performing analysis
  • Have a strong affinity of and experience with data driven decision making
  • Have strong analytical, communicative and planning skills
  • Are aware of the latest trend in the markets and in your trade: a true specialist

What will be your challenge?

You will work closely together with several (commercial) stakeholders within the organization to identify what iterations are needed for the Zoover website. Your role will focus on identifying and implementing projects broken down to small iterations related to improving the value/session. This concerns our Adlink model (referrals to partners) as well as the display advertising functionalities. The goal is to create sustainable value for all our products, therefore the focus is on improving the user experience and CLV. As a company we believe in working test driven and you will play an important role in this as facilitator and educator over several product teams.

Next to that, the Product & UX department is in the process of defining and sharpening the product strategy and the maturity of the team. This professionalization is being driven by all team members, and you can make a large contribution to this process.

Looking at your concrete tasks and responsibilities, you (amongst others):

  • Envision new product innovations based on product strategy independently, while involving key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Work with the scrum team on execution of small iterations to deliver value for the customer as fast as possible
  • Report regularly on the key metric of your team and share the results and learnings throughout the organization (through for example bi-weekly sprint reviews that are open to the whole organization)
  • Define A/B tests with the focus on conversion optimization
  • Set-up and analyze newly released innovations and A/B tests (and inform the organization about hypothesis and results)
  • Make a large contribution to the overall product strategy and ways to optimize the product related processes and communications.
