Who are you?

You are an experienced Demand Management professional with a proactive and punctual attitude. Thanks to your result driven mindset, you go the extra mile to make your KPI’s go up month after month.

You enjoy interacting with your clients and prospects and are a frequent visitor of events where you can meet them in person. Your client portfolio will be focused around the (larger) media agencies, but you will definitely also be involved with DSP's and other parties in the programmatic spectrum. Every advertiser fits Zoover/Weeronline in your eyes: as long as you can find a connection! And, very important, you have a positive outlook on life and are not afraid to tell a (good or bad) joke every now and then.

Next to that, you:

  • Have completed a BSc. (HBO) or MSc. (WO) degree;
  • Have around 3-8 years of work experience in the digital sales area, of which at least 2 in a demand management role;
  • Are familiar with CPM, CPC and CPA models;
  • Have experience in drafting commercial proposals that include several disciplines such as devices, revenue models and formats;
  • Have an active network amongst Agency Trading Desks (this is a must-have!), Direct Buyers and Ad Networks;
  • Are organized and structured and therefore able to provide colleagues with accurate information at all times;
  • Speak and write Dutch and English on a fluent level. Knowledge of German is preferred.

What will be your challenge?

As an online pure player with two brands, we have several revenue streams: CPA / click out (developing towards a bidding model), display (direct and programmatic) and branded content. You will be responsible for the account management for media agency trading desks, ad networks and other large buyers related to our display advertising.

It is a big challenge for you to always be one step ahead. You know exactly when the big campaigns are coming up, to be able to propose a PMP or Deal ID in advance to ensure revenue continuity. You proactively investigate the buyers’ needs and are able to accurately inform the Yield manager about this. The total network eCPM is always top priority above ‘fast money’.

Your most important tasks are:

  • Weekly update the Head of Sales and the Yield manager about the revenue, top 10 buyers and other topics;
  • Set out a joint strategy together with the Head of Sales to engage large advertisers;
  • Actively approach existing and new clients;
  • Play an important role in commercial innovation within Zoover/Weeronline: develop new products, Premium View, Data Packages, Cross Network initiatives, Audience extension, Lead campaigns etc.;
  • Keeping a keen eye on data and structuring this data in such a way that they can be translated to commercial opportunities or new products.
